1. How to participate in the survey of demand 

To make director's cut Blu-ray and DVD out, the most important thing is 'Demand Survey.'

Just write down simple information following the form. 
A Survey of demand is not an actual purchase, so it does not cost any money!

2. Importance of Joining the cafe and level-up 

After participating in the demand survey, You have to join the cafe and apply for a level-up.
Only people who leveled up can see important notices like the progress of Blu-ray. If not, you can't.
So, please apply for a level-up. 

3. How to apply for the level-up?

(2) Find '[Overseas] Apply for level up' on the menu.

(3) Please write down your information following the form.
