한국vs미얀마, 소기업/민간경제교류에 진력합니다.

First, the NLD as the ruling party praises the execution of the state for the people of Myanmar.

Recently, Korea's economy has been in the most difficult situation since its founding.

In 1998, when the IMF crisis of Korea broke out of the national economic crisis,

I planned and opened the ‘Korea customs town’ in Beijing, China, and 400 small businesses and merchants participated in Namdaemun Market and Dongdaemun Shopping Center.

So I would like to devote my last strength to the work of small businesses and private economy between Korea and Myanmar in this Korean economic crisis.

In the meantime, China and Vietnam, which have supported and cooperated with small businesses and civilians in earnest, are making remarkable progress.

It was the mainstream of official economic exchanges through government or public institutions, and exchanges conducted by large corporations or general companies with abilities.

In fact, there is a great deal of interest in economic exchanges with Myanmar in Korea, but this was mainly an exchange through public institutions such as large corporations and KOTRA.

However, small businesses and civilian economic exchanges were very dangerous due to informal arrangements through brokers and Korean residents living in Myanmar.

So now we need a medium to support and help economic exchanges between small businesses and civilians merchant in Korea.

In other words, it is time for small businesses or civilians merchant in Korea to make an outpost for Myanmar market research or Myanmar.

This is the time to connect the technology and know-how of Korean small businesses and civilians merchant who do not have professional manpower or have no ointment, and it is a necessary time.

In other words, the korea IT-institute to be built this time is going to be a center of Korean small businesses and civilians who want to advance to Myanmar or transfer technology to Myanmar.

Therefore, I wanted to make the place bigger than Japan IT-institute, and I would like to create one of the office spaces here as 'Korea-Myanmar Private and Small Business Economic Exchange Center'.

It is planned that Korean small businesses and private merchant entrepreneurs will make it a 'place of meeting' with Myanmar companies and private businessmen.

I hope that Korea, small businesses and private merchant businessmen will be a great help to the Myanmar economy and I hope that the Korean economy, which is now in a difficult situation, will be a little bit of a fuss.

So, this December 1 ~ 2 'Korea - Myanmar Small and Medium Business Trade Exhibition' is also the beginning of private economic exchange that we will do in Myanmar in the future.

I hope to exchange deep opinions on the selection of 'Korea IT-institute' site and 'Korea-Myanmar Small and Medium Business Trade Exhibition' event at this September visit.

미얀마 NLD-education network Ko Nge님

먼저 집권당으로서의 NLD가 미얀마 국민들을 위한 국정수행에 찬사를 보냅니다.

최근 한국의 경제는 건국 이래 가장 어려운 상황으로 가고 있습니다.

나는 1998년 당시 한국의 IMF 외환위기 때 국가 경제위기 위기탈출로 중국 북경에 korea customs town을 구상하고 건축 개관하여 당시 남대문시장과 동대문상가에서 소기업과 상인들 400여명이 동참한바 있습니다.

그래서 이번 한국 경제위기에 한국과 미얀마 두 나라사이에 소기업과 민간경제에 관련한 일에 내 인생의 마지막 힘을 바치고 싶습니다.

그동안 한국의 소기업과 민간인 경제교류가 본격적으로 지원하고 협력한 중국과 베트남 경제는 지금 비약적 발전을 하고 있습니다.

여기에는 정부나 공공기관을 통한 공식적 경제교류나 대기업 또는 능력을 갖춘 일반기업에서 진행하는 교류가 주류였습니다.

사실, 그동안 한국에서 미얀마와의 경제교류에 관심 또한 매우 크지만 이는 주로 대기업이나 KOTRA등 공공기관을 통한 교류였습니다.

그러나 소기업이나 민간인 경제교류는 주로 브로커나 미얀마에 거주중인 한국 교민들을 통한 비공식적 알선으로 위험이 매우 컸습니다.

그래서 이제는 한국의 소기업이나 민간인들의 경제교류를 지원하고 도와줄 매개체가 필요했던 것입니다.

다시 말하면 한국의 소기업이나 민간인이 미얀마 시장조사나 미얀마 진출을 위한 전초기지를 만들어 줄때가 온 것입니다.

이는 전문 인력이 없거나 연고가 없는 한국의 소기업이나 민간인들의 기술과 노하우를 연결해 줄때가 왔고 꼭 필요한 시점이기에 지난 5월 방문에서 건의했던 것입니다.

즉, 이번에 건립하려는 korea IT-institute는 미얀마로 진출하거나 미얀마에 기술이전하려는 한국의 소기업과 민간인들의 구심점 장소가 되도록 하고 싶습니다.

따라서 장소를 일본 IT-institute보다 크기를 원했던 것이며 이곳에 사무실 공간 중 한곳을 ‘한국-미얀마 민간·소기업 경제교류센터’를 만들고 싶습니다.

이곳에는 한국 소기업이나 민간기업인들이 미얀마 기업이나 민간경제인들과 ‘만남의 장소’로 만들었으면 하는 계획입니다.

이를 통하여 한국과 소기업과 민간경제인들이 미얀마 경제에 큰 도움이 되었으면 하고 지금 어려운 상황인 한국 경제에 자그마한 숨통이라도 트였으면 하는 바램입니다.

그래서 이번 12월1일~2일 ‘한국-미얀마 중소기업 교역전’은 앞으로 우리가 미얀마에서 행하는 민간경제교류의 시작이기도 합니다.

이번 9월 방문에서 ‘한국 IT-institute’ 부지선정과 ‘한국-미얀마 중소기업 교역전’ 행사와 관련한 깊은 의견 교환을 희망합니다.

다른 의도는 전혀없습니다.

한 인생에서 낙담과 회한도 참 많았던 삶이었지만...

그러나 기쁘고 즐거웠던 날들도 참 많았습니다.

이제, 받은 만큼 돌려드려야죠~!

요즘 넘 어렵습니다.

20년전인 1999년 5월 IMF 경제위기가 한창이던때 중국 북경 한복판(해정구 사계청로)에 최초로 '북경 한국상품 도소매 교역센터'를 구상하고 건축하여 개관까지 했었죠.

이제 꼭 20년이 지난 2018년 12월...

대한민국 경제가 굿세게 다시 도약하는 발판을 미약한 힘이지만...

미얀마에서 불 붙이려 합니다.

다행이도 집권 여당인 아웅산 수지여사의 NLD에서 엄청 적극적으로 힘을 보태주시고...

특히 수많은 회원님들과 제자님들과 격려와 후원속에 엄청 큰 힘을 얻고 있습니다.

남은 내 인생 마무리...

여기서 이 프로젝트에 진력을 다 하겠습니다.

외국인에게 대여와 개방은 거의 불가하다 합니다
헌데....
이곳에서 하자고 NLD에서는 제안이 들어왔으며....
교민들도 교민신문사들도 엄청 놀라워 하고있습니다.
그만큼 우리 '황막사'는 미얀마 정부와 유대관계가 생각이상으로 돈독합니다.
