송파 쪽이 개표가 부진해가지고 동시에 뭐 한 1/3도 열리지가 않아가지고 여기서 어떻게 되느냐에 따라서 이게 뒤집힐 수도 있다. 그런 얘기가 나와서 조금 음 그래도 뭐 그게 뒤집히겠어. 그리고 이제 사전 투표에서 워낙 정원 후보가 압도를 했기 때문에 본투표로 뭘 뒤집기가 쉽지 않을 거라고 생각했는데 아니 이 아침부터 하도 전화기가 울려서 봤더니 서울 시장이 오세훈이라고 나오는 거예요. 너무 기가 막히더라고. 그래서. 잘 놀랬습니다. 무엇보다 충격적인 게 사상 최유로 투표용지가 부족했다는 사태가 벌어졌잖아요. 말도 안 돼. 이거는 명백한 선관위 잘못 아닙니까? 말도 안 되는 일이 벌어졌습니다. 정말 모든 국가기관은 국민의 신성한 참정권 행사 과정에 조금의 빈틈이 없도록 만반의 준비를 다 해야 될 책무가 있습니다. 그런데 아쉽게도 어제 서울 일부 지역에서 투표 용지 부족으로 주민들이 큰 혼란과 불편을 겪으셨다고 합니다. 민주공화국에서 무엇보다 철저해야 될 선거 관리에 Not five. 납득하기 쉽지 않은 허점이 발생한 점에 대해 매우 큰 유감을 표합니다. 관계기관은 행정부가 가진 권한과 책임을 모두 사용해서 문제 발생 이유를 명확하게 밝히고 또 책임질 것이 있다면 명확하게 책임을 물어야 되겠습니다. 아울러 국민의 참정권이 한치라도 훼손되는 일이 다시는 발생하지 않도록 신뢰할 만한 적절한 대책을 조속하게 마련해 주기 바랍니다. 예전부터 선관위 행정에 좀 문제가 있다라는 지적들은 사실은 많이 있었고 선관관리 직원들이 그 안에서 본인들의 어떤 업무를 더 발전시키고 하기 위해서 노력하는 분도 있지만 그 안에 대한 안주하고 대충 지내는 분도 많았거든요. 그리고 선거 현장에서 이제 투표소에서 또 개표소에서 벌어지는 일들과 관련해서 본인들이 직접 모든 문제를 체크하고 해결하고 책임지는 게 아니라 거기 지원하러 나온 행정공무원들한테 이래라 저래라 하고 지시하고 빠지는 식의 모습 때문에 선거 사무에 종사했던 분들이 되게 좀 속상해 하는 경우가 종종 있었는데 이번에 마치 그런 안일한 인식 그다음에 치명하지 못한 행정 이런 것들이 이런 결과물을 낳지 않나 해서 굉장히 아쉽고 또 다른 뭐 뭔가를 떠나서 지난 내란 사태와 그 이후에 진행 과정에서 내란 세력이 제일 먼저 앞장세웠던 게 소위 부정선거 부정투표 의혹과 관련해서 선거를 믿지 못한다. 이런 거였잖아요. 근데 이번에 그룹에 대해서도 빌미를 다시 한번 준 거예요. 세월에 더더욱 경고심을 받고 잘 준비해야 되는 게 너무 당연한 건데 세상에 있지도 않던 투표 용지가 부족하다니요. 예전에 우리가 언제 그런 얘기를 들어본 적이 있습니까? 참 너무 기가 막힌 일이에요. 일어났네요. 예 그러니까 예측을 잘못한 건데 아니 그래도 그렇지. 아낄 게 따로 있지. 그 종이를 아껴 가지고 대한민국을 이렇게 그러니까 해명이 또 어이가 없어서 많은 분들이 기가 막히셨죠. 예 투표율이 그렇게 높지 않을 줄 알았다. 뭐 이런 식의 얘기를 한다는 게 아 참 어이가 없습니다. 아니 결국 투표 용제가 미리 다 준비했으면 아무런 문제가 없지 않습니까? 그렇죠. 근데 그거 그 종이를 아끼려고 이렇게 했다는 게 저는 이해가 안 됩니다. 그러니까 그거를 나름대로 어느 정도 예측을 해서 행정 낭비를 줄인다고 하더라도 그간의 최고 득표율 같은 게 계산해 보고 요즘 AI가 이렇게 이렇게 다 저기하는 시대에 그게 그렇게 어려운가요? 유권자의 육 70% 아니 65%만 준비를 해라. 아무 문제가 없는 거 아니에요. 그걸 넘어가는 경우는 없었으니까. 근데 그거를 못 하다니 참 기가 막히는 일이죠. 선거가 끝나면 매번 나오는 이야기가 아 유권자의 존엄한 심판을 달게 받겠다. 그런 말이잖아요. 그렇다면 이번 오세훈 시장의 오선 당선 그리고 정원 후보의 패배 이걸 어떻게 해석해야 됩니까? 그러게요. 저는 우리 사회가 어 좀 뭐랄까. 이렇게 자본주의가 발전되고 진행되는 과정에서 또 민주주의가 정착돼 가는 과정에서 우리 공동체가 함께 지키고 갖고 내야 할 가치에 대한 건강한 토론보다 어 이해관계를 둘러싸고 딱 양극화돼서 갈라진 모습 그러니까 어 공동체를 위한 바람직한 토론보다는 내 개인을 위한 이해관계에 훨씬 더 집중하는 그런 모습이 드러난 결과가 아닌가? 결국 뭐 이제 이후로 되는 게 부동산 깜산 세금 이걸 걱정했다. 서울에 있는 사람들이 아무래도 보면은 강남 그쪽에서 막 그 7만 표 8만 표 넘게 진 걸 보면 부동산 영향이다. 그런 상황을 항상 서울 시장의 선거 부서가 그래 왔거든요. 예 강남 3구라는 곳에서 몰표가 나와 가지고 다른 모든 곳에서 민주재앙의 후보가 이기더라도 거기에서의 표차를 극복하지 못하고 쉬는 경우가 많아져요. 지금 이어지고 있습니다. 그런데 거기에 덧붙여가지고 인구구조나 이런 변화가 또 많이 있죠. 그러니까 젊은 사람들은 집값을 감당하지 못해서 다 서울 외곽에 경기도로 빠지고 서울에 남아있는 사람들은 고령화돼 있거나 아니면은 고가의 아파트를 소유하고 있는 자산가들 요렇게 남아 있는 경우가 계속 지금 늘어나고 있어서 그것이 유권자 지역에도 좀 영향을 미치고 있다라는 얘기들을 선거 전부터 했었는데. 그래도 내란이 벌어진 현장에서 있는 수도 서울의 시민들이 그런 선택을 할 것인가 하는 걱정을 했고 또 최근 들어서 그 서대문 고가 차도 붕괴나 그다음에 삼성 철근물 철근 시민들의 안전보다는 자기의 어떤 자리 보전이나 이익에만 급급한 시장을 포함한 공무원들의 모습을 너무 우리가 적나라하게 봤잖아요. 그래서 그거에 대한 명확한 심판이 있을 줄 알았는데. 아 되게 충격적입니다. 이 이렇게 되면은 내 아파트 값만 지킬 수 있고 세금만 어떻게든 덜 낼 수 있으면 뭐 고가 도로가 무너지든 지하철이 붕괴되든 나만 거기 없으면 된다. 이런 생각 극단적으로 말하면 그런 얘기를 해도 지금 그런 비판을 받아도 할 말이 없는 상황이 서울에서 벌어진다는 게 저로서는 참 장담하네요. 집을 오세훈 씨는 지난번 선거 때 그 부정한 여론조사나 이런 거 관련해서 지금 기소돼 있는 사람이잖아요. 근데 그런 거조차도 다 선거 과정에서 자 아이고. 자 이렇게 되면 이제 이번 선거를 근거로 민주당에서는 8월이나 9월 초에 어 민주당 당대표를 뽑게 되는데 어떻게 보십니까? 정청래 김민석 송영길 3파전으로 예상하던데. 세관에서는 그렇게 얘기하는데 거기에 추가될 분들이 또 많이 있는 것 같아요. 지금 우월식 국회의장이 전 국회의장이 준비하고 계신다는 얘기도 있고 강훈식 비서실장이 출전할지도 모른다라는 얘기도 있고. 여러 설들이 있어서 그런데 이제 그보다 더 걱정인 것은 지난번 그 합당 추진 관련 파문이 이번 선거에서도 그대로 지금 이어지는 모습을 보여서 그걸 이제 소위 선거의 승리보다는 전당대회에서의 승리를 더 염두에 두고 움직이는 특정한 세력이 있는 거 아니냐라는 걱정을 했는데 그게 이제 선거는 끝났으니까 더 노골화되고 또 지지자나 당원들 간의 갈등 또 민주진보 진영을 소중하게 여기는 시민들 사이의 갈등과 분열을 더 촉발시킬 것 같아서 훨씬 더 지금 마음이 좀 무겁고 걱정입니다. 그런 일이 없어야 되고 잘 정리가 돼야 될 텐데. 하여튼 좀 걱정이 있네요. 예 이와 관련해서 송영길 연수 당선인은 언론 인터뷰를 통해서 이렇게 이야기를 했습니다. 전라북도 같은 경우는 그러니까 이원택 김관영이 맞붙은 전라북도 같은 경우에는 도빈의 판단에 맡겼어야 됐다. 그러면서 당력을 전북이 아닌 평택에 집중하라고 강조를 했는데 만약 평택에 집중했으면 칠 수가 없는 선거인데 졌다라고 비판했습니다. 그리고 또 이런 이야기를 했습니다. 당 대표는 모든 정치적 책임을 지는 것이다라고 했거든요. 어 이에 대해서 어 기자간담회 때 기자들이 조승래 사무총장에 물어봤더니 조승래 사무총장이 불쾌한 감정을 숨기지 않았습니다. 왜 당연한 말씀을 했는지 모르겠다. 어차피 당대표가 알아서 책임을 질 텐데 그러면서 때로는 자숙도 필요하다라고 생각한다라고 했습니다. 아침에 인터뷰에서 당의 선거 전략이 이재명 정부 지지율을 잘 활용하지 못했다. 이렇게 평가하고 결과에 대해서는 뭐 당대표가 모든 책임을 지는 거다. 이렇게 말을 했는데요. 혹시 좀 어떻게 보시는지 입장이 있으실지 어떻습니까? 당연히 선거의 모든 책임은 대표를 포함해서 지도부가 지는 겁니다. 그건 뭐 당연한 말씀을 왜 하셨는지 모르겠는데 그러나 분명히 말씀드립니다. 이번 선거 과정에서 당에 일치된 캠페인을 때로는 방해했던 여러 얘기들이 있었습니다. 고개 선거를 또 어렵게 한 측면도 있었다고 저는 생각합니다. 우리가 최대의 승리를 위해서는 아쉬운 승리가 아니라 최대의 승리를 위해서는 당의 일치된 단결이 중요하다고 저는 생각합니다. 그런 점에서 나중에 선거 이후에 이러저러한 평가에 대해서 하시는 거에 아마 충분히 할 수 있는 얘기라고 보고 선거 과정에 있었던 그런 발언들에 대해서는 그런 발언을 했던 분들이 한번 내가 당의 승리를 위해서 기여를 한 것인가 그렇지 않은 것인가? 한번 판단해 보시고 또 때로는 자숙도 필요하다고 저는 생각합니다. 예 벌써부터 힘겨루가 시작된 것 같아요. 그렇죠. 조용길 의원이 말씀하신 거는 이제 당연히 정청래 대표를 겨냥한 거고 왜 그런 거냐 본인이 다음 당권 도전을 해야 되는데 현직 대표가 경쟁자이자 걸림돌이니까. 그 얘기를 하는 하신 거고 내용을 따져보면 그 무슨 말입니까? 전북은 도민의 선택에 맡겼어야 된다라는 말은 김관영 지사가 됐어야 된다는 말이고 평택에다가 집중했으면 당연히 김용자랑이 이미 당선되고 조국 떨어지고 유의동 떨어지고 했을 텐데 이런 얘기잖아요? 그러니까 문제의 본질을 본인의 당권 과도에 유리하게 해석하고 어떤 정책 공격을 시작한 거죠. 이제 이게 앞으로도 더 커지고 격화될 텐데 그 과정에서 생기는 파열음을 어떻게 줄일 수 있나가 좀 저는 좀 많이 걱정됩니다. 어차피 당대표 선거할 때마다 매번 경쟁은 불가피한 거잖아요. 뭐 그건 당연한 거고 민주 진보에서는 그런데 그 갈등을 최소화하는 게 중요한데. 쉽게 앙금이 가라앉지 않을 것 같아요. 이렇게 보면 그러니까 정치권에서 정치인들이 본인의 권력 의지를 가지고 보다 자신의 정치적 이상을 실현하기 위해서 권력을 잡고자 권력투쟁을 하는 거는 자연스러운 일이에요. 그런데 그 권력 투쟁을 하는 방식이 방식이 어 얼마나 공정한 절차나 올바른 판단에 따라서 사람들의 이해를 구하는 쪽으로 가느냐 그런 경쟁을 하느냐의 문제일 거 아니에요. 근데 그 방식을 어 꼼수를 부린다거나 무슨 예 40 관계를 흐트러뜨리면서 당원과 지지자들을 혼란에 빠지게 한다거나 이런 식으로 대사소위 진흙탕 싸움이 될까봐 걱정을 하는 거죠. 그리고 이미 어떤 합당 관련 문제를 둘러싸고 전초전이 한번 벌어졌는데 그때에 일어났던 여러 현상들을 보면은 이제 그 대통령을 위한다는 명목으로 실제 대통령의 뜻을 부정하고 반대로 행동하는 사람들이 있었단 말입니다. 그런 게 걱정이죠. 이제 그 스탠스를 전당대회에 이어서도 계속 유지할 거거든요. 그리고 그런 상황에서 대통령이 명백히 본인의 의사를 직접적으로 표현하면서 가르마를 탈 수 없다라는 상황들을 최대한 이용하려고 하는 사람들이 있는 거죠. 그리고 그것이 결과적으로 대통령과 우리 정부와 민주개혁진영을 지지하고 응원하는 시민들에게 보탬이 될 건지 아니면 본인의 어떤 권력 다툼의 보탬이 될 건지 이거를 놓고 볼 때 후자를 기준으로 모든 것을 판단하고 행동하는 전당대회 주자들이 많아지면 그만큼의 혼란과 그만큼의 실망을 주는 일이 생기겠죠.

When people in Seoul see that they lost by over 70,000 or 80,000 votes in the Gangnam area, it seems to be due to the influence of real estate.
