Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn, Vivien Leigh, Ava Gardner, Ingrid Birdman... Even these "incomparable" beauties, whose names alone make every man in the world kneel, share a common tragedy. It was because she suffered an unfortunate fate due to her husband's constant infidelity.
What's surprising is the interesting fact that the other person has no greater beauty or charm than their wife.
The world is astonished. "Why would they leave diamonds at home and roll around with rocks outside?" "Is your eyesight off?" "There's not a single aspect prettier than my wife!" But this is not a matter of vision, but a 'betrayal of the brain.'
It's not because the man's eyesight is off, but because his dopamine factory has reacted more intensely to "unfamiliar stones" than to "familiar gems." A clear theory explaining this absurd psychology is the Coolidge Effect.

Doesn't the president know?
This term originated from an anecdote about Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States.
It happened when he, who was usually known as the "Silent Sword" and usually taciturn, visited the farm.
First, the First Lady, passing by the chicken coop, was impressed by the rooster's tireless energy and asked the guide.
How many times does that rooster do it in a day?
I do it dozens of times.
The First Lady added meaningfully.
Please make sure to tell the President about that later.
President Coolidge, upon hearing this story, paused for a moment before asking again.
Does that rooster always end up with "the same hen"?
No, I do it with a different hen every time.
The president nodded in response, saying, "Please make sure to pass that on to my wife as well."
This laughable back-and-forth is the key to the Coolidge effect. It's a "new thing complex" where dormant instincts are resurrected like lightning when a new partner appears.
