Chapter 13
13:11 Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial,
네가 체포되거나 재판에 회부될 때는 언제든지
do not worry beforehand about what to say. 무엇을 말할 것인지에 대하여 미리 걱정하지 마라.
Just say whatever is given you at the time, 그 시간에 너에게 주어지는 것이 무엇이든지 그냥 말하라.
for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit. 말하는 이가 네가 아니라 성령님이시기 때문이다.
13:12 "Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child.
형제가 형제를, 아버지가 그의 자녀를 죽음에 넘겨 줄 것이다.
Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death.
자녀들은 그들의 부모를 대항하여 반란을 일으킬 것이고 그들을 사형에 처하게 할 것이다.
13:13 All men will hate you because of me, 모든 사람들이 나때문에 너를 미워할 것이다.
but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
그러나 끝까지 굳게 서서 견디는 자는 구원을 받을 것이다.
13:14 "When you see 'the abomination(가증한 것) that causes desolation'(황폐) standing where it does not belong--
너희가 '황폐케 하는 가증한 것'이 서 있지 아니한 곳에 서 있는 것을 볼 때에
let the reader understand--독자가 이해하게 하라.
then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
그런즉 유대에 있는 자들에게 산으로 도망치게 하라.
13:15 Let no one on the roof of his house go down or enter the house to take anything out.
그의 집 지붕 위에 있는 사람은 내려가거나 어떤 것을 가져오려고 어떤 사람도 집에 들어가지 않게 하라.
13:16 Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak.
들(밭)에 있는 어떤 사람도 그의 겉옷을 가지러 돌아가지 않게하라.
13:17 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers!
임신한 여인들과 아이를 돌보는 어머니들에게 그 날이 얼마나 두려울 것인가?
13:18 Pray that this will not take place in winter, 이것이 겨울에 일어나지 않을 것을 위해 기도하라.
13:19 because those will be days of distress unequaled from the beginning,
이는 그 날이 처음부터 없었던 환난의 날이기 때문이라
when God created the world, until now--and never to be equaled again.
하나님께서 세상을 창조하신 이후 지금까지 이어져 온 것과 앞으로도 결코 같을 수 없을 것입니다.
13:20 If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive.
만일 주께서 그 날들을 감하지 않으셨다면 아무도 생존할 수 없을 것이다.
But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them.
그러나 그가 택한 선택받은 자들을 위하여 그는 그 날들을 단축시키셨다.
13:21 At that time if anyone says to you, 그때에 만일 어떤 사람이 너에게 말하기를
'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'Look, there he is!' do not believe it.
"보라, 여기에 그리스도가 있다. 또는 보라, 저기에 그가 있다."라고 말해도 그것을 믿지 말라.
13:22 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect--if that were possible.
거짓 그리스도들과 거짓 선지자들이 나타나서 택함 받은 자들을 기만하려고 표적과 이적을 행할 것이다. 만일 그것이 가능하였다면
13:23 So be on your guard; 그러니 조심하라.(당신의 경계에 있으라.)
I have told you everything ahead of time. 나는 너에게 모든 것을 미리 말해 주었다.
