작성자마스티븐(Masteven)작성시간14.01.29조회수290 목록 댓글 10June 5, 1988 at the Roman Amphitheatre, Xanten, Germany 위 동영상은 1988년 독일에서 공연 실황 영상인데 60대를 눈앞에 둔 존 바에즈, 이미 60대 중반을 넘은 메르세데스 모두 여전한 가창력을 보여주는 모습이 인상 깊다고 할수 있겠다. 60년대 부터 미국 여성 포크송의존 바에즈 그리고 6년 선배인 아르헨띠나(Argentina)의 메르세데스 소사가 2009년 먼저 74세로 인생을 마감하기 직전까지 공연을 하였었고 금년 74세인 존 바에즈도 여전히 최근까지도 공연 활동을 하고 있는 활력을 보이고 있다. 두사람 모두 한 시대의 사회성이 짙은 노래를 부르기도 했고 아르헨띠나의 군사 독재시절 어두운 시절 소사의 노래는 수많은 아르헨띠나 민중의 인기뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 그의 노래로 메시지를 전한 가수였다고 할수 있을것이다. "삶에 감사한다'는 이 노래는 메르세데스의 대표적인 곡중의 하나로 스페인어권뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 가장 많이 알려진 메르세데스 소사의 곡중의 한곡으로 꼽히는 곡일것이다. 살아 있는 마지막 순간까지 자신이 사랑하는 노래를 부르며 살아가는 그러한 아티스트들의 삶은 그야말로 이노래의 제목과 같이 "삶에 감사한다"는 말을 할수 있는 행복한 생을 살았던이가 아닐까요? 동영상이 끋난 이후 9개의 관련 다른 화면이 보이는데 그중에서 가장 왼쪽 아래끋의 동영상(메르세데스 소사)은 스위스의에서의 어느 조그만 공연장에서의 실황이 그대로 다 나오는데 앞의 짤막한 인터뷰에서 당신은 남미를 대표하는 목소리라는 칭호를 받ㅇ아야함을 인정한다는 이야기가 나오는데 (스위스의 일부 지방은 이태리어를 사용함) 질문자는 이태리어를 말하고 메르세데스는 스페인어로 대답을 하는것이 문득 부럽게 생각 되네요. (이태리인과 스페인 사이 상호간 각각 자국어로 말하면서 의사 소통 가능함) 이 동영상 전체를 꼭 시간을 내어서 보기를 권하고 싶습니다. 기타아(Hermano소사의 동생) 단 한대의 연주에 실려 나오는 메르세데스 소사의 노래의 깊이 느낌을 충분히 느낄수 있는곡들이 이렇게 좋은줄을 미처 몰랏었던 생각을 가질만큼 좋습니다. 한곡도 소홀히 다룰것이 없지만 특히 첫곡 세번째 곡,... 이 동영상은 언젠가 전체 노래를 개인적으로도 다시 공부해보고 싶을만큼 아름답고 가슴을 파고드는 느낌이 깊은 곡들이 많습니다. Joan Baez /ˈbaɪ.ɛz/ (born January 9, 1941 asJoan Chandos Baez) is an American folk singer, songwriter, musician, and activist.[1]Baez has performed publicly for over 55 years, releasing over 30 albums. 거구로(특급비밀-몸무게?) 인한 건강에 문제가 있었으니
말기에는 대부분 않은 자세로 노래하는 경우가 많아 보이더군요,
존 바에즈 역시 "소사"가 생을 마감하던 년령(74)에 이르렀지만
최근까지 공연활동을 하는 모습을 볼수 있어 반갑습니다. -

20대 젊은 시절의 영상도 있지만 60대 이후의 활동적인 모습을 볼수있는것이
더욱 아름다워 보이더군요, Gracias a la vida !
Mercedez Sosa보다 저는 이 노래를 25년전에
나나 무스쿠리의 목소리로 먼저 듣고 배웠었지요,
나나의 당시 음반 타이틀이 Nuestra Canciones(우리의 노래들) 이였는데
이 음반에는 스페인어권에서 30-70년대까지 스페인어권의 최고의 히트곡을
모아만든 더블자켇 에 이 노래가 실려 있습니다.
이 노래 이외에 찾으면 주옥같은 라틴어권의 좋은 곡들이 많이 실려 있지요. -

메르세데스 소사는 아르헨띠나의 최고 인기가수가 아닌
La Voz de Toda Latin (전체 라틴의 음악을 대변하는 목소리)라는 칭호를 받은
거인 이였습니다. 한 가수가 떠난것이 아닌
전체 라틴의 소리를 떠나 보내는만큼 국장의 예우로
국회의사당에서 현직 대통령 "크리스티나"가 직접 참석하는것이
조금도 어색하지 않다고 하겠습니다.
10여년전쯤 스페인의 찰리 채플린 격의 대 배우의 장례식에
문화부 장관이 참석치 않아 한동안 비판을 받았었던것과 비교가 되는 장면 입니다.
