호수가에서 하루 휴식하고 이튿날 출발.
I started walking after one day's rest at lakeside lodging.
호수길을 따라 출발한다.
I started walking along the lake.
이 지방의 과학센터가 이 호수가에 있다.
A science center of this region is located at lakeside.
2번국도로 들어서서 걷던중 파인애플을 산 후 마침 하라상과 만나서 먹으려고 자리를 찾았다.
길가에 의자들이 있어서 무심코 앉아서 먹고 있는데
I was walking along the national road no. 2.
I bought pineapple and I was looking for the seat where I can eat pineapple with Mr. Hara.
We found some chairs. I sat on the chair and I was eating pineapple just as usual.
제복입은 젊은 아저씨들이 다가와 옆에 앉는다. 왕립 태국경찰의 초소였던 것이다.
순간 당황했다. 그들은 자초지종을 듣더니 엄지를 치켜세운다.
Immediately uniformed people came to us and asked some questions.
The place was a guard post of Thai Royal police.
I was embarrassed for a moment. But the policeman raised his thumb up after listening to my explanation.
시원한 생수도 받아 마신 후 함께 한컷. 자비심 가득한 경찰이다~
They gave us bottled water. We took a picture with the policemen. They were very merciful.
떠나면서 전경을 사진에 담았다.
I took a picture of the guard post of the police.
길가의 조각상 가게에 나오는 부처님 모습
The Buddha statues which I saw at a sculpture shop at roadside.
다양한 표정들이 인상적이다.
The various expressions of Buddha face was impressive.
여기는 불교찻집 앞마당에 있는 불상들이다.
These are the Buddha statues in front yard of a Buddhist tea-shop.
코끼리상이 코믹하다.
The statue of an elephant was very comic.
이 보살님은 우리 주려고 단단히 챙겨서 오셨다. 국도를 몇번 U턴하고 수고를 하신 그림이 눈에 선하다.
캅쿤캅!
This Buddhist woman in the car stopped and gave us lots of food and beverage.
In order to meet me, she must have tried several U-turns at the national road.
Kab Kun Kab!
이 청년은 호기심에 차를 세웠다. 설명을 듣고는 엄지를 세운다.
This young man stopped his car just from curiosity. After listening to my explanationa, he raised his thumb up.
필자 혼자 걷는 동안 잠시 들른 식당에서
손님일행이 필자에서 다가와 설명을 듣고는 마실 것을 듬뿍 가져왔다.
I stopped by a restaurant while I was walking alone.
The people in the restaurant came to me and listened to my explanation.
They bought me a lot of beverage.

하라상도 보살님들과 함께~
Mr. Hara took a picture with Buddhist women.
Lumtakong이라는 유명하고 커다란 호수에 도착했다.
I arrived at a large and famous lake called Lumtakong.
쉬는 사이를 이용해서 하라상은 부지런히 지구촌 식구들을 사귀었다.
During rest time, Mr. Hara was busy with meeting people of Earth Village.
